Do you have to know Yoga to be able to coach with me?
Absolutely not. Yoga has had such an amazingly positive impact on my life that I want to share the yoga love. I might give you one or two “yoga” tools I’ve learned in my yoga career. You’ll love them, I promise.
What are the benefits of Coaching?
One-on-one coaching is about taking action, learning, and growing. Expanding beyond what you thought was possible on your own. Coaching sets you free from your limiting beliefs, removes you from running like mad on a hamster wheel, and fear of not being good enough. It creates inner peace and confidence, self-acceptance, and courage. Courage to do what you say you want to do.
We do it all together. Envisioning, then creating the life you always knew you wanted. There may be crying and laughter, but I’m there by your side like your own personal cheerleader. Keeping you accountable and on track.
How is Coaching different than Therapy?
Coaching works on what is happening in the present. It puts you in the driver’s seat of your life. Therapy is diagnostic and treatment based and focuses on past issues with an emphasis on understanding rather than taking action.
How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone at the agreed upon time. A few minutes before the call, make sure you’re comfortable and in a place where you can talk freely and easily without distractions.
How many sessions does one need?
I believe every soul is unique with its own strengths and challenges. I work with clients for 3 months and longer. I want to set up you for success! After the initial 3 month session, you may decide to work with me for a year or two or not. It’s completely up to you!
