Retreat

You live in a fast paced, everything at your fingertips, rushed world. You are overstimulated. In order to experience harmony, the opposite is needed.

Rest, relax, and find silence.

Have you ever wanted to get a way to a place where you felt completely free? A place where there are no rules, food is prepared for you, and you get to decide how you want to spend each day?

Yes? Then this is for you.

You are invited to a tranquility filled weekend get-a-way. This magical weekend in silence will give you the nourishment your mind and body craves. Yoga, social silence, being in nature, and meditation will evoke a reconnection to your deeper wisdom, spark your creativity, calm your nervous system, and open your heart.

Over the course of four days, you will find connection in a nurturing space to pause from your busy life to learn, discover, and grow.

Join me for a weekend of releasing what no longer serves you and renewing your spirit.
