Why offer yoga at work?
Corporate yoga programs have been quantifiably proven to save businesses money in terms of reducing staff turnover, absenteeism, illness and stress leave. Yoga students often comment on improved concentration, greater clarity of mind, better decision-making and improved personal productivity as well as the more general feeling of a deeper sense of health and well-being.
Why should you hire me?
I’ve been continuously teaching yoga in a corporate setting for 7 years. I feel comfortable teaching in a corporate setting after being in the Advertising industry for many years. If you want someone that understands your needs, I’m your girl.
How does it work?
The classes will be suited to a level that works for your employees. The best part? I come to you! You can choose a time that works well for your company. Most choose time around the lunch hour.
It’s cheaper than going to a yoga studio!
On-going yoga classes are $135/class for 10 or less. If you have 10 participants it’s only $13.50 per person! Don’t want to commit to 10 classes or more? A one time yoga session costs $150.
What will you need?
You will need a quiet, comfortable space (boardroom, lunchroom or large spare office). Employees will need to bring a yoga mat and change into comfortable clothing.
Would you like a free class? If you organize an on-going group yoga program, you get a free class. It’s my bonus to you.
Read through the following testimonials from current Corporate yoga clients:
“I love that you come to us and I get to do yoga in the middle of the day! I feel stiff, cold and somewhat frazzled coming to yoga class from my desk. Yoga calms me and makes the remainder of my work day much more comfortable for my body. Yoga has helped to relieve a constant stiff neck and a sore back from sitting at a desk all day. It helps to keep my body in check and helps with back issues. Teresa is gentle, knowledgeable, and consistent. Her classes are balanced and thoughtful. Try yoga at work for a few classes. You’ll definitely want her to come back for more!” – Sarah Smith, St. Paul, MN
“I love being able to take a break in my work day to practice yoga on site. I love the positive energy in your yoga classes. I often come to class feeling stressed and leave feeling renewed, relaxed and ready to have a productive afternoon at work. I am better able to manage stress. I can use my yoga breathing and other yoga poses throughout the day to help me feel calm and focused.” – Terry Guindon, St. Paul, MN
“Yoga is a great break for some physical movement during the work day. Before class, I’m ready for some movement and after class I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and taller! Teresa’s classes are encouraging and positive. Overall, I have less stress during the work day.” – Margaret Hughes, St Paul, MN
