My yoga classes are an integration of the deeper philosophies of yoga, breath centered vinyasa movements, and a fun dose of spontaneity. They foster personal growth and contentment leading you to rediscover your true nature.

Yoga helps to create focus, balance, flexibility, integration of mind + heart, unravels tight muscles, enhances all systems of the body, and so much more. Yoga leaves you feeling productive, calm, resilient, powerful, clear, and awakened.

7:00-8:05pm – Vinyasa Yoga – The Fallout {Studio 3}
Cost: $9 per class when signing up for the session or $12 per class to drop in when you can

Tuesday
11:00-11:35am – Gentle Yoga – The Kenwood {private class}

Wednesday
4:20pm-5:20pm – Beginning Yoga – Lake Harriet {lower campus}

Thursday
11:00-11:35am – Gentle Yoga – The Kenwood {private class}

Friday
7:30-8:45pm – Restorative – The Fallout {Studio 3}

The Fallout is located at 2601 2nd Avenue South in Minneapolis, near the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.

PRIVATE AYURVEDIC YOGA & LIFESTYLE SESSIONS
Ayurveda is the science of life or knowledge of life. Ayur = life and Veda = science or knowledge. It teaches us to recognize the power of self-healing within us, so we can fulfill our life’s purpose. Work one-on-one with me to create a unique practice designed especially for you that may include: ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations, yoga postures, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, meditation, daily routine and lifestyle adjustments, or growth work. Bring your mind, body, senses, and soul into a state of complete health and well-being.

$250/3 sessions

To get the most out of working with me privately you must purchase a minimum of 3 sessions.

PRIVATE 1:1 YOGA SESSIONS
Private yoga sessions are the way yoga was meant to be taught. 1:1. You + me. Private yoga sessions give you 100% individualized attention necessary to learn correct alignment, focus on personal goals, self awareness, and increasing your confidence. They may include yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, mudra, kriyas, or daily routine and lifestyle adjustments.

Private yoga sessions are for you if:
– You’re busy and want me to come to your home or office
– You want to deepen your practice
– You want 100% attention
– You’re seeking answers to your questions
– You want your own personalized practice
– You want to invest in your wellbeing
– You want modifications after an injury

$250/3 sessions. $80/session 4 or more.

MEDITATION
The science of meditation was developed by the ancient sages to free our mind from its distracted state. It’s a systematic way to go within to learn you are more than your body, more than your material possessions, and more than your thoughts. Meditation allows you to experience the part of you that is always at peace. The scientists are finally catching up to what yogi’s have known for thousands of years.

The benefits of meditation are many:
– Improves sleep
– Increases your capacity to resolve issues
– Improves memory
– Sharpens intellect
– Increases your ability to respond to stress
– Helps you process negative emotions such as grief, anger, and fear
